Heirloom variety native to south-central Asia with a very pretty purple streaked skin and produces 8-10 cloves per bulb. Mildly spicy flavour that almost everyone loves and cloves are hot when eaten and great for roasting. Stores between 6-8 months, even longer in ideal conditions.
